WELCOME TO THE UNITED KARATE ASSOCIATION
UKA
Founded in 1987 by Sensei Ian Cuthbert along with two of his senior Instructors Sensei Dave Hogan and Sensei Nariman Jeddi . It became a member of Steve Rowes Shikon Karate organisation , and within a short time Sensei Ian took on the role of Shikon National Coach.
Since then the Shikon squad has become one of the most succesful competition squads on the Karate circuit.

COMPETITION
UKA are members of Shikon and Sensei Ian Cuthbert has been the Shikon national coach since joining in 1987.
The Shikon squad was the number one WKF style squad over the last fifteen years and has now moved
on to the WUKF for new challenges.
Ian acts as English representative for Christophe Pinna and his Internationally renowned system.
